Constantly raising rent. Do not ensure only names om lease are living in units. Therefore you have no idea if the person or people living with the leaser have criminal background etc. Management always changing and cannot be trusted. They use to be a decent company to rent from but something changed in the last couple years.....bottom line they are crooks. They could care less about you as a tenant.
