The manager of the complex left abrupt and it became an absolute MESS. Had to pay the full amount and then I was told during the month I was not staying that rent increased and they tacked on another $50. I was told when signing my agreement initially I would get a 30 day notice of rent increase and sign a paper. I never signed anything. As a tenant who was praised during inspections for having the cleanliest unit, treated the place like it was my own, was never late on rent - ever.
