I had the absolute best experience touring 909 I did not have an appointment but Ms Joni took it upon herself to show me around In the short hour or so we spent together she felt like family I ended up applying and signing a lease within days

What makes 909 a wonderful place to live is its amazing concierge and maintenance staff When we first came to DC we were overwhelmed with the many rental options I just had to had meet Ms Joni who showed us around the building at the height of the paWhat makes 909 a wonderful place to live is its amazing concierge and maintenance staff When we first came to DC we were overwhelmed with the many rental options I just had to had meet Ms Joni who showed us around the building at the height of the pandemic to know that this is where I wanted to live Ms Jonis warmth and honesty were captivating Two years later we are resigning our lease for a third time and we couldnt be happier about it Ms Joni makes us all feel at home and safe She even reminds us if we have packages when we come through the front door She keeps the building running efficiently throughout the day and gives 909 a feeling a continuity that is good to have given the high turnover rate of the office management staffnnMore recently Tisha joined the concierge team and now we have her to spoil us during the evening shift as Ms Joni does during the day Tisha remembers all our names unlocks the front door for us when she sees us coming with our groceries and it is always very happy to help us with our many packages She is also very reliable something that we didnt really see with the evening concierge staff before Like Ms Joni she is a problemsolver and loves helping people We love to see Tisha at the end of the day because just her smile will cheer us up and make us forget about the challenges of the daynnWe hear a lot about how 909 does not have the great amenities that other buildings in this area have Well those other new buildings dont appear to have the same level of service that 909 does We will happily give up the roof top pool for consistent and reliable service that makes our busy lives easier Most importantly we appreciate that Ms Joni and Tisha actually care for and like taking care of 909s residents I would be remiss not to mention Mr Mike While it is true that this building is one of the oldest in the area it is also very well maintained and kept clean We are always amazed at how quickly Mr Mike comes running to work his magic with any maintenance issues If you read apartment reviews you will find that is not always the case even with very new buildingsnnWe couldnt be happier with 909 and that is all thanks to Ms Joni Tisha and Mr Mikemore ...hide ...

I lived here for a year when it was apparently new and only one tenant in the apartment prior. To start the quality of these apartments are not great for being €œnew€ or newer. There are gaps in the floor where you I lived here for a year when it was apparently new and only one tenant in the apartment prior. To start the quality of these apartments are not great for being €œnew€ or newer. There are gaps in the floor where you can see the ground and the wood doesn€™t touch the wall. The paint is poorly done, pretty sure there was mold in the bathroom, they never changed the air filter and the first week living there the AC leaked and broke. You can just see the property was built quickly and not done well which is sadly common in Nashville. The no smoking policy is not enforced nor do they do anything about people smoking no matter if it€™s inside or outside. The laundry facility leaks and constantly has flooded and the machines are either always broke or don€™t fully dry your clothing. They promised when I moved in a year prior that a pool and gym would be built but when I moved out in April they have yet to break ground on it. The trash is constantly over flowing and there€™s litter everywhere. Management however is pretty helpful if you go in and talk to them which is rare to find in Nashville. I just don€™t feel like the pricing reflects the quality. Not to mention the gate at the front has never once been closed. With the parking already very slim it doesn€™t make sense to not use it so actual residents can park where they pay. The weekends you can€™t find parking and if you park near the gate or by the dumpsters they stick a note on there to tow it. They need to fix the parking situation since when I got off at 9pm on a weekend I would have to circle the lot or park completely outside the complex. Also we were charged for valet trash which we never received. Upon move out they charged me for redoing the entire carpet which I did not understand why and in the lease it says you€™re entitled to do a walk through with them which I was never offered . A very minor thing, but just something to note. Overall the place could be worse but they definitely have a lot of fixing to do in terms of quality. The pros are if you go in and talk to management (specifically Cynthia) they are very understanding and that€™s rare to find .more ...hide ...
