This year they decided not to renew her rent and my mom tried to find other places to rent but Town Creek Village said she had a lot of lease violations and she cant rent anywhere else.I am aware of her lease violationsThe majority of it is because the smoke alarms go off constantly and she takes the battery out. She has replaced the batteries herself and the Maintenance man has fixed them and charged her at the same time and they still did it !!! People that live there will say the same.Another lease violation that they had was because my little brother got in trouble outside for playing with a lighter.I have talked to people and was told We should talk to a lawyer because these violations should not keep my mom from renting anywhere else unless she is making false accusations on my mother.Im not writing this review because I think my mother deserves to stay there. At this point I dont think this apartment complex can find anyone right to manage the place. Theyve gone through so many assistant managers and the person above her obviously doesnt care about whats going on. I just want my mother to be able to rent somewhere else without this lady trying to keep her from renting anywhere else. I believe her name is Eleen.I strongly do not recommend living here. The only good part about this place is the price but they dont care for you or the apartments. They wont respond to you when you need something fixed they can barely keep up with a maintenance guy.Matter of fact I will be taking my mother to see a lawyer and if she doesnt quit then we will take legal action. more ... hide ...
