This place is absolutely terrible Good luck getting them to fix anything or expect to pay out of pocket to fix it yourself I had a giant hole in my bathroom for over a year due to a prior leak The bathroom always smelled like mold and spiders infeste This place is absolutely terrible Good luck getting them to fix anything or expect to pay out of pocket to fix it yourself I had a giant hole in my bathroom for over a year due to a prior leak The bathroom always smelled like mold and spiders infested my apartment My daughter stayed sick from the mold and I was continuously told we dont have a maintenance man I also had an issue with my toilet once the handle broke off and I called and asked to have it repaired and the response I received was its a ten dollar part at Home Depot you can get one yourself and fix it Now my air conditioner is out and has been since Friday its now Wednesday and all ive gotten is a bad attitude and no answers from the property manager I have a small child and a dog Theyre quick to write lease violations for no reason to make money though Ive been here a year and a half and would not recommend anyone moving here Im moving out in a week due to all of these problems more ... hide ...

Nice apartments but

My mother has lived here for 8 years and I wont lie she has lease violations but none of them are serious enough for them to keep her from getting a place to live My mom does not owe them any money if she ever made a late payment she never made it My mother has lived here for 8 years and I wont lie she has lease violations but none of them are serious enough for them to keep her from getting a place to live My mom does not owe them any money if she ever made a late payment she never made it a problem she paid the late fee Shes never caused a problem about paying her rent This year they decided not to renew her rent and my mom tried to find other places to rent but Town Creek Village said she had a lot of lease violations and she cant rent anywhere elsennI am aware of her lease violationsnnThe majority of it is because the smoke alarms go off constantly and she takes the battery out She has replaced the batteries herself and the Maintenance man has fixed them and charged her at the same time and they still did it People that live there will say the samennAnother lease violation that they had was because my little brother got in trouble outside for playing with a lighternnI have talked to people and was told We should talk to a lawyer because these violations should not keep my mom from renting anywhere else unless she is making false accusations on my mothernnIm not writing this review because I think my mother deserves to stay there At this point I dont think this apartment complex can find anyone right to manage the place Theyve gone through so many assistant managers and the person above her obviously doesnt care about whats going on I just want my mother to be able to rent somewhere else without this lady trying to keep her from renting anywhere else I believe her name is EleennnI strongly do not recommend living here The only good part about this place is the price but they dont care for you or the apartments They wont respond to you when you need something fixed they can barely keep up with a maintenance guynnMatter of fact I will be taking my mother to see a lawyer and if she doesnt quit then we will take legal action more ... hide ...
