I lived in apartment #7, which was one of the updated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartments. However, the updates were cheaply done. For instance, you could see the patch work in the walls, the drawers in the kitchen did not pull out properly, and paint would peel from being painted over multiple times. In addition, people would maintenance your apartment without notice and just walk in. The lawn care was also very loud. I ended up having them terminate my 12 month lease after 5 months due to my neighbor in #8 being EXTREMELY loud. She would play music upwards until midnight and management would not handle the issue. Her guests were just as loud and disrespectful towards me just because I would ask if they would turn down the music because I had class/homework to finish. During the day, the music was much worse and I could hear word for word what song she was listening to from my apartment. Again, management would not handle any of this and let it continue. In my 5 months here, there has also been 2 times that peoples car were broken into and their stuff thrown in the street. Lastly, I would come home after being at school and my entire apartment would smell like weed and cigarettes from other renters smoking inside their apartments . Other than all of that, the apartment complex is conveniently located to downtown Johnson City and to ETSU but there are better places to rent frommore ...hide ...

It€™s overpriced, and the office uses scare tactics and lies anytime you have an issue. Had mold in my heat/air unit and was told that wasn€™t true, then got accused of cutting the wire to my own heat during a snow storm after maintenance came to look at it. Either the maintenance man cut it or they were just trying to scare me into moving out early. extremely unprofessional management, and their trick is to try to get you to sign a lease online before seeing the apartment - and to get me to do that, I was lied to about having washer and dryer connections until the day I got my key when I was told I didn€™t. €œNewly renovated apartments€ just means a bottom floor one bedroom with an ear wig infestation when you first move in.more ...hide ...

Myself and 7 other tenants from the same complex was evicted wrongfully. When I went in front of the judge, I wasnt allowed to talk. I am on social security so i couldnt do anything. These people were very unprofessional ans now I have to sit with that eviction on my record because no one will help me with getting it off my record.more ...hide ...
