Office staff is always very friendly and understanding of situations. Property manager is friendly and keeps good records. Maintenance is always very timely. I watch Maintenance cleaning and working on the property daily to keep it looking nice. Unfortunately residents do not do their part so its a constant battle. Has gym, on site laundry as well as hookups in apartments. Little library in gym area for kids. Considering it is a high crime area, the property itself is relatively quiet. Most of the worst crimes come from the market behind the apartments. We have also enjoyed st. B and Burt elementary school teachers.
