I dont know what these other people are talking about but these apartments are awesome especially for the price I have never had a problem with management and she is always willing to help But everyone is entitled to their opinion

I have been lived at crossland place for 3 years my first 2 years were ok After new management came we started having issues with pretty much every appliance in the apartment We have a dog that has lots of fur and when our AC broke we went a whole w I have been lived at crossland place for 3 years my first 2 years were ok After new management came we started having issues with pretty much every appliance in the apartment We have a dog that has lots of fur and when our AC broke we went a whole week without AIR This has happened 3 separate times in a 1 year time span Our washer has flooded TWICE The dryer is out of date and also has been working on and off for a year NEW MANAGEMENT is not professional AT ALL They claimed that a money order for our rent didnt go through so we had to pay AGAIN We werent even given an explanation as to where the money went We of course refused to pay and now they are evicting us They claim they I never paid for our pets 300 dollar deposit which is NOT TRUE If you asked me a year ago to rate the place I would give it 355 After this experience Im giving it the lowest score possible I DO NOT recommend crossland place apartments to ANYONE more ... hide ...

Office staff is always very friendly and understanding of situations. Property manager is friendly and keeps good records. Maintenance is always very timely. Has gym, on site laundry as well as hookups in apartments. Little library in gym area for kids. Considering it is a high crime area, the property itself is relatively quiet. Most of the worst crimes come from the market behind the apartments. We have also enjoyed st. B and Burt elementary school teachers.
