We used to think of Bluff View as our home, but that is no longer the case. Since it was taken over by Freeman Webb, a money-hungry company, the property has gone downhill. We used to be able to rely on the apartment manWe used to think of Bluff View as our home, but that is no longer the case. Since it was taken over by Freeman Webb, a money-hungry company, the property has gone downhill. We used to be able to rely on the apartment management to quickly address issues, but they only give us false promises that never get followed through. This past year, we were hit with an enormous and unexpected rent hike of up to 25%, forcing us to seek new housing. We were stunned by the costly rise in rent, as we had considered ourselves "valued residents" for many years. They also manipulate the rent prices, altering them daily to line their own pockets. The property is in decline, with piles of trash scattered around, feral cats being fed by people, and apartments that offer low-end appliances and little in the way of modern comforts. I'm sure the management team will respond to this email with more false promises, but painting over the exterior won't change what Bluff View is becoming. My advice is to think long and hard before you decide to lease here.more ...hide ...

They always follow up with you and make sure all of your questions are answered. I cannot say enough good things about her and everyone else at Steeplechase. The maintenance team is also very quick to respond to any issues that arise and they keep you updated on the status of repairs. Overall, I have had a great experience living here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to call home.more ...hide ...
