Low income apartments. Looks to be about 40 years old and no modern upgrades. Seems peaceful most of the time. Scott the manager is nice and professional, but I bet he could be tough if needed. And rent cost is based on income. l but the \"handy man\" there hardly gets anything done. Michelle is the complex manager and shes so very nice. But it seems that the company doesnt want to pay to replace things like kitchen appliances and stuff like that. Or even repaint inside and we arent allowed to paint ourselves and it also has to be a certain brand certain color. And we are not allowed to purchase new appliances because again it has to be a certain brand and model. Mine mother has been waiting on a dishwasher since she moved in over a year ago.more ...hide ...
