Low income apartments Looks to be about 40 years old and no modern upgrades Seems peaceful most of the time Scott the manager is nice and professional but I bet he could be tough if needed I would give a higher score if it was more modern

And we are not allowed to purchase new appliances because again it has to be a certain brand and model.
