I called in requiring an application for my mom and the lady was being rude the entire time. She doesnt want to help nor give you any information about the applying for the properties. I understand we all have outside problems but please dont take it out on us. You should always be professional or take the day off if you are having a bad day. Please remove Ida from answering phones calls because she is very RUDE! Every time I call in & she answer the phone I will continue to file a complaint until the problem is fix.
