The receptionist Ida that answer the phone is always rude and doesn€™t like compliment. I€™ve been calling this property for the last two months or so and I get the same attitude and lady every time. I called in requiring an application for my mom and the lady was being rude the entire time. She doesn€™t want to help nor give you any information about the applying for the properties. I understand we all have outside problems but please don€™t take it out on us. You should always be professional or take the day off if you are having a bad day. Please remove Ida from answering phones calls because she is very RUDE! Every time I call in & she answer the phone I will continue to file a complaint until the problem is fix.
