I have lived in this apartment complex for four years, and I am moving out this weekend. I am really looking forward to it! The new management is better in some ways than the old, but they do not give adequate notice wheI have lived in this apartment complex for four years, and I am moving out this weekend. I am really looking forward to it! The new management is better in some ways than the old, but they do not give adequate notice when construction crews are going to be in your home. Two weeks ago, they ripped the toilet out of my main bathroom without any notice. Then I was told that the bathroom floor had to be done before I could get my new toilet. It still hasn't been done. Yesterday, they came in at 4:30 pm and tore up the old floor. I threw a fit and they left, leaving nails all over my floor and outside my door. Tommy King, the main guy in charge of construction, is a moron who does everything backwards. When I told him that I was moving this weekend, he said "you could always move a week early." Technically, I am because I don't have to be out until June 3rd, but that would mean taking time off from work during the week. They have also broken things--for example, my new bathroom door latch--and haven't fixed it yet. Taylors plumbing left my door standing open when they were redoing the shower valves and anyone could have walked in and stolen my new TV or anything else. I don't have much, but what I do have is mine and I worked hard for it. The ADA apartments get full-sized front loading washers and dryersmore ...hide ...

Lived in Rutherford County most of my life and this is one of the properties that I have hoped would have been updated in several different capacities throughout the years. So far its only gotten worse. I pray for these people who Truly do their best to survive in such incomprehensible circumstances such as this. (Have several friends that I care for here)Ex: Rusted out toilets, bathtubs, sinks,water has an odor that is all of its ownٴKitchen sinks,refrigerator has been switched out with others(not replaced with updated or even clean unused) same with the ovens and stoves. Floors and walls have been painted by occupants and not the mantience. These are just a few things that I have learned. No wonder this place cant get better!!more ...hide ...

You should take into consideration that the year of 2020 was a Tragic year for MOST some people lost jobs, got behind on bills that may have caused derogatory marks on their credit.This right here explains that you wouldn€™t even care about your tenants to began with. Yolanda was VERY sweet and helped me out the best way she could, but the other people there are indeed liars.
