Been here for a few years and love living here Great place to live Jessica our apartment manager and our maintenance especially Hector are the best and are always helpful with anything you need Highly recommend them both

I would not suggest this place! 0/5 -I could tell you a detailed account of my stay in one of the units and my full year lease there, but I'll keep it brief-Some apartments have terrible roach infestations, and they onlyI would not suggest this place! 0/5 -I could tell you a detailed account of my stay in one of the units and my full year lease there, but I'll keep it brief-Some apartments have terrible roach infestations, and they only spray three times a year, outside only-The on-site manager is never friendly or understanding when issues arise, and their answers contradict the regional manager's-Maintenance is two weeks behind-The air conditioning is terrible even for a swamp cooler-The charges for moving out are almost as much as the rent itself, unlike other places I've rented in El Paso where I was charged half the amount for damages and cleaning. This list could go on and on-The only good thing I can say about my experience with Tropicana Properties is the regional manager Briana, she does her best to help and is always polite. I will never deal with Tropicana again, whether it's apartments or houses. All in all, it's good for the price and size, but that's it.more ...hide ...
I had originally posted great things about this place until we finally moved out because our lease was over only to be stiffed with over 600$ in \"cleaning\" fees. I guarantee you that other than dusty ceiling fans to a few dirty base boards, oh and missing bulbs that I repeatedly asked them to replace..that apartment was not left with 600 worth of cleaning which according to Claudia (manipulative as they come) by the way said was 16 hrs of labor. Keep in mind though obviously shouldnt matter, we were never late on the rent, Mater of fact when we would compliment her on the service she asked if we could leave good reviews for her which indeed we did, only to see another side of her after we left saying that we owed that much. I wish I could say how I really feel about her but I just hope whoever reads this thinks twice before doing business here.more ...hide ...
