This list could go on and on-The only good thing I can say about my experience with Tropicana Properties is the regional manager Briana, she does her best to help and is always polite. I guarantee you that other than dusty ceiling fans to a few dirty base boards, oh and missing bulbs that I repeatedly asked them to replace..that apartment was not left with 600 worth of cleaning which according to Claudia (manipulative as they come) by the way said was 16 hrs of labor. Keep in mind though obviously shouldnt matter, we were never late on the rent, Mater of fact when we would compliment her on the service she asked if we could leave good reviews for her which indeed we did, only to see another side of her after we left saying that we owed that much. I wish I could say how I really feel about her but I just hope whoever reads this thinks twice before doing business here.more ...hide ...
