Do not move to City Park 2 or Elaine and Vicki, they are the worst; they don't help you in any way! Their attitude is terrible and they even tried to keep the money I overpaid in rent. I had receipts and proof that I had paid too much, yet they still denied it and charged me with cleaning fees when I left. I contacted Highmark Residentials to get assistance and even when I said I'd call their boss, Elaine and Vicki didn't care. After talking to their supervisor, I'm still waiting for my money, but at least I spoke to someone who was understanding. Moreover, the apartment is overrun with roaches and they won't do anything about it. Elaine and Vicki don't care about their tenants and if they are rude and nasty to you, call the corporate office at Highmark Residentials. more ... hide ...

Ms Linda is heaven sent she worked with me none stop even when I gave up on moving in she made it a priority to make sure she could move my process a long as quickly as possible

I really hate having to send in maintenance requests although when it comes to plumbing and electrical malfunctions it has to be done asap The office team always gives rapid responses to the need at hand This time I had the previous named issues in m I really hate having to send in maintenance requests although when it comes to plumbing and electrical malfunctions it has to be done asap The office team always gives rapid responses to the need at hand This time I had the previous named issues in my home The plumbing was corrected the same day I was disappointed that our guy failed at getting the kitchen faucet stabilized with the glue he used to reset it I didnt call the front office and fuss about it I setup a second maintenance request for the kitchen sink on the same day I knew if I indicated second request someone on the office team would notice it Guess what he came back and put in a new faucet perfectly glued during the next day while I was at work Communication and respect are two keys to handling a situation professionally Just so you know our team are on top of the issues as they arise more ... hide ...
