In my master bedroom between the bedroom and bathroom, mushrooms are literally growing because the tub has been leaking since I moved in and I was told repairs weren't possible due to lack of the required parts. The water keeps leaking and the mold problem is getting worse. When I viewed the apartment I was moving into, I was shown a renovated unit virtually, yet I got a worn-down unit. I asked Jackie why the unit looked different online when she did the tour, to which she answered that the unit used for the virtual tour was a renovated one. So, that's deceptive advertising. Since I moved from another state, I couldn't physically inspect the unit. When I arrived in Houston, I realized that I had not received what I expected; roaches were flying everywhere, and there was mold in both bathrooms, covered up with paint. The tub is now peeling, so mold can be seen in between the cracks. Myself and my children have had a persistent dry cough and have gotten sick a lot since we moved in. This place looked attractive outside, yet the interior is a health hazard. My two and four year old are the ones suffering the most because they've been sick so often.more ...hide ...
