They have indoor outdoor carpet that makes you feel like youre outdoors in a barn or something. But it is a roof over my head and I thank God for that. The manager is a very nice person. Its a non-smoking building however smoke inside which makes it hard for people with respiratory problems to deal with. So I do give it a fairly good rate to get used to things more ... hide ... Theres no fees for online payments, the price is good, and the ladies that work in the office are always nice and helpful. I lost both my keys and they made me two new ones no questions asked in the office the same day. The thing I like the most is their maintenance team. They have their own people that come out fast anytime something is wrong, theyre also very proactive and will take it upon themselves to fix things. They change your air filters for you and give you a notice well before they come. They also work with poor credit history. I was looking for a duplex called to see if they had any available they said no but one was being worked on and would be available soon I asked to see it anyways and signed my lease the same day. The duplexes go FAST Ive tried to get some of my friends in them but they werent available. I have seen some negative reviews about how they handle move outs so I am a little bit worried about that but my experience so far has been nothing short of great. more ... hide ...
