Theres no fees for online payments, the price is good, and the ladies that work in the office are always nice and helpful. They change your air filters for you and give you a notice well before they come. They also work with poor credit history. I was looking for a duplex called to see if they had any available they said no but one was being worked on and would be available soon I asked to see it anyways and signed my lease the same day. The duplexes go FAST Ive tried to get some of my friends in them but they werent available.
