I have lived here for 21 years In fact I might be the oldestresiding tenant here at The Trails formerly Creekside I have been very happy living here It is safe and clean and mostly very quiet Landscaping is always carefully managed I will a I have lived here for 21 years In fact I might be the oldestresiding tenant here at The Trails formerly Creekside I have been very happy living here It is safe and clean and mostly very quiet Landscaping is always carefully managed I will admit that during the Aughts there was some crimedrug elements here but that has dramatically changed for the better in the last five years Staff is very attentive to all manner of problems you might have and they take of it pronto It is true that some of the residential rules seem to get bent by some tenants eg having nonpatio furniture and general ugly storage on patios and it took aeons for a pothole to be filled in the parking lot but other than these I cant complain TRAILS is so handy to Boerne downtown and the grassy river area behind the building is always gorgeous Highly recommended more ... hide ...
