Summary Completive pricing no maintenance poor customer servicenI have been here about two years There is almost no maintenance and if they do show up their skills are usually low Follow up is bad The manager always complains that she cant keep maint Summary Completive pricing no maintenance poor customer servicenI have been here about two years There is almost no maintenance and if they do show up their skills are usually low Follow up is bad The manager always complains that she cant keep maintenance people but nowhere else I have lived has had this problem I have personally met at least 4 maintenance people who have all left or been fired Usually I fix things in the apartment myself The outside AC unit has never been serviced so I washed out the fins myself last summer so that air could flow through them again The inside air blower I have had to change the filter myself the past two yearsnLast summer they did a reasonable job with the grounds but the summer before they mowed the grounds only about twice the whole summernDont judge the place by the clubhouseits gorgeous but does not accurately represent the rest of the facilitynAnd try getting the front office to answer the phone I suspect they have residents numbers stored so they can see if a resident is calling and put off answering their calls more ... hide ...
