So Ive been at The Mansions for 4 years Which is the absolute longest I have EVER stayed anywhere Im used to living in a space for a year and then Im out But man when I tell you I was in love with The Mansions from the time I set eyes on it it wasnt So Ive been at The Mansions for 4 years Which is the absolute longest I have EVER stayed anywhere Im used to living in a space for a year and then Im out But man when I tell you I was in love with The Mansions from the time I set eyes on it it wasnt just looks because the look will get you too but it was the community as a whole from the office to my neighbors to their kids But I must say we have had a few changes with the office staff I was sad to see some go but I was ecstatic for the new employees because they came and showed out And I must say Iris played the biggest role in my years here She was they face I seen from DAY 1 Every issue I ever had NO MATTER WHAT IT WAS Iris understood she never judged there was never no hassle about anything Shes really one of a kind a genuine person with a genuine heart to match I honestly dont think they could have picked a better person to look over Mansions tenants My guy Frankie he is THE BEST with your children if youre anything like me u dont just allow your kids around anybody especially adults when Frankie became part of the office staff my kids WOULD NOT stop talking about him Or the other kids on the apartments He genuinely cares about those kids and its amazing My girl Latoya I havent had that much time with her shes still kind of fresh but she is also amazing at her job Anything Ive put in a request for she puts in a work order immediately She is more business than personal but Im sure if I would have had more time here with her I would have had a chance to see her real personality because eventually the whole office opens up to the tenants The maintenance They take pictures of everything and do not respect ur privacy So beware lol but hey its for the benefit of the property Nothing is perfect and their maintenance invasive procedure is honestly the only con to living here The ONLY reason Im leaving is because my family size has increased And they only go up to 3 bedrooms I love it here and Im so sad to go Thank you guys so much for everything more ... hide ...

if youre looking for employment skip over this place had interview thought everything went well discussed a start day and all let them know I had a funeral and would be out of town for 2 days and it seemed like it was no problem had it been known it if youre looking for employment skip over this place had interview thought everything went well discussed a start day and all let them know I had a funeral and would be out of town for 2 days and it seemed like it was no problem had it been known it was a problem I could have made other arrangements called the manager about starting job and she had a third party contact me and say that they no longer were considering me for employment they went with someone who could start sooner I couldve not went to the funeral and started sooner had they told me it was a problem the manager didnt even have the decency to tell me herself that they changed plans in the blink of an eye I wouldnt be looking for a job if I didnt need employment and just feel the whole situation couldve been avoided with a little honesty on their end going out of town isnt cheap especially when ur already struggling but having the comfort of knowing I had a job when I got back eased it considerably live and learn but id most definitely avoid people who do business like this more ... hide ...
