As of current resident of Woodmond apartment and paying FULL RENT this apartment complex is the worst, It is not save for the kids to play outside. The rent keeps going up, to me, for no reason because these town homes arent even worth $800 for rent. The no pets policy is absurd, and its just not somewhere I want to live.
