Michelle always offers friendly and exce For the past two months, I have been fortunate to experience and benefit from EXCEPTIONAL service from all of you! I have seen a marked improvement from the already exemplary service given by Mary and Janette. Michelle always offers friendly and excellent service to all of the residents. Wes, Brian and Michelle provide very kind, pleasant and dependable service to the customers. They, along with the services provided by Regan and Cassandra, were the main reasons I chose to renew my lease. Regan's employees are a great asset and are always willing to assist the numerous residents. I frequently come across Regan, Cassandra, Michelle, Wes and Brian outside of my home and they are always hard at work. Wes, Michelle and Brian graciously devoted their precious and limited time to address my requests. After objectively evaluating the staff at Sansom Pointe, they have generously and effectively volunteered their valuable time and effort to all of my needs, as well as the needs of many other residents, during the past two years. I would like to express my appreciation and admiration for your extraordinary, efficient, accurate and amicable management, and for the outstanding support given by Cassandra, Michelle, Wes and Brian. more ... hide ...

2022-02-15T11:33:57ZI used to live at SP It was never 55 only one member of the family had to be 55 or over They could still have young kids I got out at the end of my lease because it was filthy maintenance was slow or nonexistent the pool was shut down almost the I used to live at SP It was never 55 only one member of the family had to be 55 or over They could still have young kids I got out at the end of my lease because it was filthy maintenance was slow or nonexistent the pool was shut down almost the whole year I was there and other amenities like the fitness center were shut down on and off for seemingly no reason I have a friend who still lives there She has had bedbugs for months They have been treated several times But they are still there Until they make a concerted effort to rid all the apartments in that hallwing of bedbugs it isnt going to work I stopped by to plead with management to help my friend with the problem and they said it was none of my business I cant visit her She is not able to handle the problem on her own Sad more ... hide ...

2019-05-30T13:02:47ZI had to find a place for my brother who is disabled after suffering 2 strokes He had been living in assisted living facility in Arlington and needed an apartment The staff at Sansom Pointe Jana and Dana were very involved attentive and responsive to I had to find a place for my brother who is disabled after suffering 2 strokes He had been living in assisted living facility in Arlington and needed an apartment The staff at Sansom Pointe Jana and Dana were very involved attentive and responsive to my brothers needs and situation They went above and beyond in helping him fill out the proper paperwork and getting him settled My brother is extremely happy with his new apartment However it is very disappointing to find that the office staff which was so helpful has been replaced I hope the new staff can do as good a job as Jana and Dana This review was revised due to the water issue at this complex Residents are having to utilize bottled water for drinking due to the water quality or lack thereof This is something that needs to be addressed by the management or city services more ... hide ...
