The apartments are pleasant. I went to visit my parents here and I am delighted they eventually found a place to consider their home. Be careful where you park!! They WILL tow!! Not only will they tow, they hired a towing company that will take your car from Cameron Rd to Florence Texas!!! Be very cautious!! Yes, they do inform their tenants to remind their visitors to park in the designated visitor spots, but be sympathetic. These are senior living apartments. Seniors can become elated to have company and forget to tell their visitors/family about the parking regulations. I was so mad that I even said I would never come to visit my mom again while she lives here but it is not her fault. I know my mom was probably thinking "nobody will come to visit us" and then got so excited when she saw her grandchildren and simply forgot to tell me about parking. This apartment does not take into consideration their residents' guests. I walked outside, smiling and having a great time with my mom and my car was gone Ÿ˜ª IN FLORENCE TEXAS ! Inside is dirty parking is messed up and the clientele leaves something to be desired However the inside of individual apartmentts is nice and roomy and comfortable Its has a 1930s feel to it

Elevator breakdowns Filthy inside and outside of buildings Feces in stairwells Mold in air ducts and in apts especially bathrooms above tubs Vagrants and homeless everywhere day or night Junkies shooting up in trash rooms needles and condoms around t Elevator breakdowns Filthy inside and outside of buildings Feces in stairwells Mold in air ducts and in apts especially bathrooms above tubs Vagrants and homeless everywhere day or night Junkies shooting up in trash rooms needles and condoms around the buildings Good tenants move elsewhere and are replaced with less than desired neighbors who bring more homeless into the buildings Lots of undocumented people living here My catalytic convertor stolen off my car parked right in front of my buildings front door twice in 3 months Yet they raise or double our rents and threaten eviction if you dont have your service dog on a leash Ive lived here 1011 yrs and it gets worse every year I love my apt but really need to move to a cleaner and safer environment Its a shame what Seniors and disabled are subjected to here more ... hide ...
