Crystal has made it so hard to move in. Ive seen her yell at maintenance she will postpone your move in to the extreme. Give you the run around, lose your paperwork and be rude to you degrade you. Maintenance is leaving due to Crystal screwing him over with his bonus and other obvious reasons. And Crystal will throw you under the bus so much to save her self. Told another resident about how her father is a successful pot smoker so that there is nothing wrong with smoking in the apartments. Prospera ought to be a shamed defending this woman. You lost so many people and maintenance in Guild Park. And Prospera will lose more if you ignore whats being said especially if youve answered the phone and failed to listen when it was hard to get a hold of youll in the first place.more ...hide ...

She stated the only reason for the \"CONDITIONS\" being added would be because of bad credit mind you Im at a 770. When I questioned her she said that would be with my credit and the approvals are through a 3rd party company. I wouldnt waste your time applying here they dont seem to know what theyre doing and honestly felt like they didnt care for anyone who is applying to live here.more ...hide ...

For the past six years I have paid my rent on time every month, but since the flood and freeze I have been unable to get the online payment fixed. Prior to COVID, I would pay with a money order. Now that new management has arrived, I still cannot get the online payment adjusted. I have contacted the San Antonio Housing Authority, and they said it will be corrected. When I spoke with Breanna she said it was a glitch. I am aware that HUD/SAHA will resolve the issue. I have been a resident in this apartment for six years and have never had any problems with my account until this online stuff began. I have all the records of my payments and copies of everything. Aside from the fact that it took three months to replace the cabinets that were destroyed from the plumbing/flood/freeze, I have been very patient. I try not to complain because there are more residents than maintenance. If Beacon Management can get the resident paid accounts corrected, perhaps things will go back to normal. I have gone out of my way to ask for help regarding this issue and Breanna did provide me with an accurate summary. It is the online payment that is messed up.more ...hide ...
