I usually don€™t report minor things, but I€™m so frustrated with my experience with these apartments. I have scheduled 2 appointments with these apartments 2 weeks in a row in December (2021). I have scheduled 2 appointments with these apartments 2 weeks in a row in December (2021). The first week after scheduling my appointment I stood outside the office door for 20 minutes because it said €œwe€™re open, come on in€ and the door was locked and I called multiple times and no answer then when someone did answer I they said they would be right out which was a 10 minute wait just for them to say they weren€™t doing tours because they were going thru inspection which is understandable and to try again the following week. I called and they said they weren€™t doing tours because of inspection again and that they weren€™t going to have anymore tours until after the new year. So I called a week after the new year just to be told because the COVID numbers were going up they weren€™t doing tours at all and that I would have to look virtually. I am very disappointed in this experience and will take my business elsewhere.more ...hide ...
