I usually dont report minor things but Im so frustrated with my experience with these apartments I have scheduled 2 appointments with these apartments 2 weeks in a row in December 2021 The first week after scheduling my appointment I stood outside th I usually dont report minor things but Im so frustrated with my experience with these apartments I have scheduled 2 appointments with these apartments 2 weeks in a row in December 2021 The first week after scheduling my appointment I stood outside the office door for 20 minutes because it said were open come on in and the door was locked and I called multiple times and no answer then when someone did answer I they said they would be right out which was a 10 minute wait just for them to say they werent doing tours because they were going thru inspection which is understandable and to try again the following week I called and they said they werent doing tours because of inspection again and that they werent going to have anymore tours until after the new year So I called a week after the new year just to be told because the COVID numbers were going up they werent doing tours at all and that I would have to look virtually I am very disappointed in this experience and will take my business elsewhere more ... hide ...
