I've been living here since March 2020 and if you have assets above $5,000, you must declare them to be able to stay here. The market rate is very affordable compared to what you get. My mother-in-law lived here for 7 years and always had trouble gettting maintenance done. She lived out of ice chests for weeks waiting for her refrigerator to get repaired. The office staff are rude and dishonest. After my mother-in-law passed away, they towed her car from a parking site despite having a month left on her lease. Location is good, but I had to do a walk in to get my application taken seriously (they dont answer the phone). Decided to not get a place there in the end. They dont provide/have wifi if that helps.
