My mother was a resident and was paying her rent on time. After she had a heart surgery, she tried calling the office, but they never answered the phone. Her sister wanted to stay with her to help her out since my mom couldn't work, but they refused to give her a parking sticker. The short Hispanic lady with long curly hair was very rude to me and unprofessional. She was dismissive and wanted to argue with me because all I told her was that my mother was trying to call them and that they should improve their communication with their residents. I wasn't even living there; I was merely dropping off the keys to the apartment. I was providing the woman in the office with paperwork to show proof of my mother's hospital stay and if there was a way for her to move out without a penalty since it wasn't her fault she couldn't work. These people have no heart. If they put an eviction on my mom's credit, I will dispute it! They seem to think everyone who rents there is as dumb as they are.
