I had a very poor experience in just five minutes at this place. My mother was a resident and was paying her rent on time. Her sister wanted to stay with her to help her out since my mom couldn't work, but they refused to give her a parking sticker. The short Hispanic lady with long curly hair was very rude to me and unprofessional. She was dismissive and wanted to argue with me because all I told her was that my mother was trying to call them and that they should improve their communication with their residents. I wasn't even living there; I was merely dropping off the keys to the apartment. I was providing the woman in the office with paperwork to show proof of my mother's hospital stay and if there was a way for her to move out without a penalty since it wasn't her fault she couldn't work. These people have no heart. If they put an eviction on my mom's credit, I will dispute it! They seem to think everyone who rents there is as dumb as they are. Just to be clear, my mother is staying at my own house. They really think they're hurting people. more ... hide ...

I havent been here but we contacted them looking into housing for my senior relative to move down here after being widowed They refuse to work with her long distance and wont let her prove her income or do anything else from another state and also w I havent been here but we contacted them looking into housing for my senior relative to move down here after being widowed They refuse to work with her long distance and wont let her prove her income or do anything else from another state and also wont let her child be her representative in person even with verification that he has that right or by sending documents through certified mail Therefore its impossible to secure any sort of housing in this complex ahead of time for her to move here after losing her spouse So be aware of that if youre applying they will not accommodate if you or a relative are moving from anywhere other than close enough to come in person Its so odd because Ive never experienced this sort of thing before let alone during a pandemic more ... hide ...
