Probably the worst ran apartment I€™ve ever lived in. They will try to evict you three days after ya rent due. But won€™t come and do repairs. I can€™t use my oven cause once it€™s on it sends a electrical shock Probably the worst ran apartment I€™ve ever lived in. They will try to evict you three days after ya rent due. But won€™t come and do repairs. I can€™t use my oven cause once it€™s on it sends a electrical shock to my fridge. Asked them back in January to fix. Haven€™t heard anything from them since. But as soon as you a few days late they wanna evict you. The ppl in the office customer service skills leaves much to be desired. All in all this is basically the worst apt complex in Houston. I€™ve stayed in hoods before but this takes the cake. They so focused on collecting rent. Don€™t even care how the actual units they selling look like or anything.more ...hide ...
