Currently live here and they say due to Covid the pool is closed. But the pandemic is almost over and it is hot. Other pools and outdoor activity places are opening.... why not our pool ?

The complex itself is ok. Lots of people hanging out at all times of the day and night but theyre cool though. They have a security guard but I rarely see him but overall I dont have any safety concerns. Neighbors dont p

You have to pay to get a parking sticker but there are so many available visitors spots available you probably wont need it.Try to avoid renting from Jorge Garcia! Hes very unprofessional! He doesnt respond to emails or phone calls in a timely manner but when it comes to collecting rent money hes on time! The unit Im renting was a complete mess when I moved in. Closet doors were loose coming off the hinges, doors will not close all the way, microwave not working, garbage disposal not working, dirty ass carpet with stains, refrigerator and freezer was dirty, window blinds broken, and LOTS OF ROACHES! All this before I even moved my furniture in.Overall the place is cool just avoid renting from Jorge Garcia!
