I have been living at this residence for 6 years. I have seen a lot corrupt things with tenants, and management. A lot of fun violence, and things with children. My overall experience with Villa Americana is there is always room for improvement! The manager Tia Harrison was excellent. She was new, but I was satisfyed. They are renovatingas of now and its very busy and chaotic. No organization. And now know Manager on site. Wow. So this happens A lot. I hope they get the help & professionalism of a suitor / Manager for the new year Jan 1, 2020!

I would not advise living here! Over the two years I have spent here, I have seen cockroaches everywhere--in the bathrooms, the kitchen, the bedrooms, and the closets in particular. I have complained to the front office
I would not advise living here! Over the two years I have spent here, I have seen cockroaches everywhere--in the bathrooms, the kitchen, the bedrooms, and the closets in particular. I have complained to the front office multiple times, but they have been unable to provide me with another apartment to move into. Moreover, the customer service is abysmal. To make matters worse, my 8-year-old child was shot by three men in a Chevrolet Impala 2018. I captured their license plate number and video, which I reported to the front office, yet two months have passed with no response. Lastly, the brown bags they distribute on certain days contain food that is not up to standard. The woman who hands out these bags is not courteous to people.
