Pathetic service, if you can even call it that, has been my experience. This place doesnt even deserve a star. Ÿ‘ŽŸ‘Ž.To all veterans this is not the place to live. Staff here especially \"Vero\" who doesnt know how to treat or talk to customers especially veterans.How sad is it that vero doesnt know what DV stands for on the license plates and tries to have my vehicle towed saying I wasnt suppose to park in a handicap which it states clear in my plates that Im a disabled veteran. How can anyone live in a place like this and not know and understand disabled veterans and the limitations we live with daily. .they give you units here with rust and mold and the maintenance here paints over everything he comes in contact with. I have over 120 pictures of the poor unit they gave me on May 16, 2016 and I broke the lease due to poor living conditions in less then 2 weeks on May 25, 2016 and crazy thing I paid the deposit in advance and paid the prorated fees of the remaining month and I havent been able to even move into my unit. I have the lease stating 3 different move in lease dates. Not only is the living conditions here horrible but staff doesnt know how to do there job and do it right the first time. How can families live in a unit filled with rust and mold and nothing but issues that are handled and fixed poorly. So if you dont believe me then go and see for yourself. If you like being treated bad and disrespected to the fullest and given a cheap fixed townhome then Whispering Sands is your place to live. Sad they treat people and veterans like garbage and to some of thehigher management omg now thats a joke. Talking to management here gets you no where.. By the way Im a 100% disabled veteran whos served for our country and over seas and one of the many who has fought for the freedom we live with today. I have posted pictures of the unit they gave me and told me it was ready to move in to. Remember they hired a cleaning lady and this is work done by the only maintenance guy for 86 units.Remember I havent even moved into this unit. I lost over $600. All for a place I never even had the chance to live in.Update: Still havent heard from higher management and been getting billed for the place I never lived in. So see for yourself if anyone doubts. Because its been hell non stop with Whispering Sands Townhomes.more ...hide ...
