Been trying to rent there since the week they first opened Ive gotten different stories each time from different people which has made it impossible Phone calls are never returned so each time Ive had to drive an hour to speak with someone in person Been trying to rent there since the week they first opened Ive gotten different stories each time from different people which has made it impossible Phone calls are never returned so each time Ive had to drive an hour to speak with someone in person I was told there was a wait list and Id be called if there was an opening Next time I went there was a different manager who said there never was a wait list and I was lied to He said hed call if there was openingsnnNo call I went in a 3rd time and there was a 3rd new manager Said to bring in my income info so I did And when I did there was a 4th manager who said there were now no open units and I should have been told to apply the last time because they could have at least had me on file ready to run my info I called again 3 wks ago and left a message but it has not been returnednnReally makes me sad because the units are beautiful and I need to live in Dripping for family reasons more ... hide ...

Clean quiet and beautiful complex with an amazing community Have met a couple of neighbors and love how friendly and respectful everyone is No smoking on property and no noise after 10 make this a peaceful and safe home for my family Apartment is bea Clean quiet and beautiful complex with an amazing community Have met a couple of neighbors and love how friendly and respectful everyone is No smoking on property and no noise after 10 make this a peaceful and safe home for my family Apartment is beautiful and spacious with washer and dryer included I couldnt ask for anything more Seth Manager won us over the moment we met him A funny respectful handsome young man who listens and truly goes out of his way to fix any complaint and make sure everyone is comfortable where I have had managers who really just couldnt care less It was an easy decision to move here We love this place Highly recommend to anyone looking to move more ... hide ...
