For starters the staff in the leasing office are very rude Mrs Cassandra and Chasity are very disorganized They called me on and off about whether or not I can renew my lease and they asked me to come down to the office to sign the renewal leasing For starters the staff in the leasing office are very rude Mrs Cassandra and Chasity are very disorganized They called me on and off about whether or not I can renew my lease and they asked me to come down to the office to sign the renewal leasing papers I signed the leasing papers to renew my lease However I get a letter saying that I cannot renew my lease without any reason or say so Not to mention I pay on time every month They never answer the phone and are never in the leasing office during opening hours they always have a sign on the door saying their closed And Chasity is very unprofessional she always has an attitude and acts like she hates working there My overall experience was horrible and corporate needs to start actually doing something about it I would not recommend these apartments more ... hide ...
