Love living here Staff is extremely helpful and I havent had any issues at all Love the neighborhood and the restaurants around the complex Evas is delicious

The St John Apartments are such a great place to live The landscaping and apartments are beautiful and just feet away from Mission Concepcion The property has a pool and lots of hammocks to hang out in All of the neighbors are quiet and respectful an The St John Apartments are such a great place to live The landscaping and apartments are beautiful and just feet away from Mission Concepcion The property has a pool and lots of hammocks to hang out in All of the neighbors are quiet and respectful and there are gorgeous courtyards in the middle of each apartment building The staff is also awesome and super friendly Its especially great if you have a dog as its just a short walk away from Mission Reach Trail and Confluence Park Weve love it here more ... hide ...

I no longer live there would not recommend it to anyone its awful . I actually feel sorry for anyone living . They do not maintain it my apartment was walls and ceiling were coming lose the tape and caulking were coming apart. Housing failed my apartment because they wouldnt fix it .I had two weeks to find a new place to live and move out. I gave notice and housing gave notice but they changed me with not giving notice put on my credit report and charge me interest every month. While lived there I would see a lot of people trying to get here deposit back they would alway leave mad .please do not rent here its awful more ... hide ... Making a rental inquiry
