Unprofessional management, maintenance guy is great but you have to go up to him personally to get something done. Managment wont inform him of your issue. Units share water heaters so hot water runs out quick if you and your neighor shower at the same time, Loud music, people arguing the parking lot, trash everywhere, roach infested. Most of the washers and dryers in the laundry room are broken and have been for a long time. If your situation calls for being on the section 8 program, pick another complex without hesitation. Not a good place for kids. Constant drug use in the parking lots.more ...hide ...

So things have changed.Staff ReviewThe new staff is great here, Jennifer the new manager, is the best, very understanding and pleasant to talk to, always answers my questions and will assist with anything if I need it, Kayla the new asst manager is also wonderful and easy to talk to, very understanding and helpful, they also send messages to make sure everything is going ok in your apartment, out of the 3 years I have been here , I am finally having a good experience with the staff, I was going to move because I didn€™t want to deal with the previous staff, they were rude and ignorant, but because of the new staff I will be signing a new lease, so thanks to the owner for hiring the new staff and adding new ways to assist when tenants are going through trying times.
