Im very unhappy with my experience here Ive been here 10mths and I see 20 roaches in one day literally I keep a clean house and I have brand new furniture and I feel Ive wasted my money cause the roaches have invaded them Its a hassel to even cook in Im very unhappy with my experience here Ive been here 10mths and I see 20 roaches in one day literally I keep a clean house and I have brand new furniture and I feel Ive wasted my money cause the roaches have invaded them Its a hassel to even cook in the kitchen cause its disgusting to have to cook around dead or live pest My toilet and tub in the master bedroom has remained out of order majority of my stay My thermometer is out dated so its using more power than required Its mold and mildew threw out all the vent and it smells really bad I wake up crying because its overwhelming and staff hasnt been much help I do like Kayla she does the best that she can to resolve issues as quickly as possible The weight room is the only place that looks nice If the pest wasnt so invasive I believe I would enjoy it here more ... hide ...

Some things have changed since new management took over so I was optimistic but its still a trashy complex literally Cops are in and out of here on a daily and for them to charge the amount of rent they do is ridiculous when they cant even get mainte Some things have changed since new management took over so I was optimistic but its still a trashy complex literally Cops are in and out of here on a daily and for them to charge the amount of rent they do is ridiculous when they cant even get maintenance or at least hire a third party to service the issues in the apartment Its been 2 weeks I have been calling continuously trying to be patient to get my kitchen sink repaired and they wont even answer let alone call you for an update My lease is almost over I cant wait to get out of here more ... hide ...

Me and my family live here and we are extremely satisfied and happy The people that work here show nothing but respect and get any and every problem handled I give this 5 stars
