I€™ve been staying in these apartments for 4 years. I loved them at first, but I noticed the first 2 years rent kept going up then it stopped until the last year. Every year since I been here my air conditioner goes out in the summer, and now I have been without heat for more than a month so with these cold and icy conditions me and my kids have been cold trying to find ways to warm up and nobody ever answer the phone and i put requests in more than oncemore ...hide ...
