Don€™t do it! Within LESS than a year, there€™s been 4 different sets of leasing office employees who all operate differently. Units are ant infested as they€™re in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. Every unit oDon€™t do it! Within LESS than a year, there€™s been 4 different sets of leasing office employees who all operate differently. Units are ant infested as they€™re in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. Every unit over here is confirmed to have ants, I asked my neighbors. Getting pest control is like pulling teeth over here, even though we pay it monthly. I€™ve been requesting maintenance since January and they have yet to come. Office is super unorganized and residents lose water completely at least twice per month and we lose hot water once to twice per month for days at a time. Plumbing is constantly an issue, the toilet will overflow or clog even if it hasn€™t been used. Aside paying high rent, you€™re also responsible for approximately an additional $200/month (see attached bill) for water, sewage, etc. Everyone pays the same amount per unit, despite actual usage. They also make us pay their insurance fee AND we have to purchase an additional policy on our own. This is something that started with the current office employees so we€™re paying for two policies. We€™re also forced to pay $12 per month for €œFETCH€, some sort of mail delivery, even if you€™ve never had anything delivered to the office. My deliveries come straight to my door. My downstairs toilet is rigged to the wall with wooden blocks and it€™s wobbly. My garbage disposal has been clogged for almost 2 weeks, maintenance has yet to show up. My breaker box clicks off constantly because I was told A YEAR AGO, that it€™s not capable of supporting my unit. When I renewed my lease (because I wanted to try again with the complex) I was sent several different lease options and when I selected the one I wanted, I was told it wouldn€™t be honored as leasing made a mistake. They take no accountability over here. Very expensive here but not worth the value. DON€™T DO IT, RECONSIDER!!more ...hide ...
