Please I will give you some much needed advice before you rent these apartments I know they are cheap and to live in Cedar Hill with the prices going up makes this place attractive but it is not I have been here for years There is way too much to com Please I will give you some much needed advice before you rent these apartments I know they are cheap and to live in Cedar Hill with the prices going up makes this place attractive but it is not I have been here for years There is way too much to complain about but I will start with the mangers dont care about you only your rent and if you need any maintenance you will be waiting weeks and weeks There are leaks in the walls when in rains puddles flood the living room the AC unit makes the water leak into the second restroom Pest control as many bugs will find a way into your house no matter what you do These are just tip of the ice berg things I deal with I am not happy here and will be moving out shortly If you need the place to stay because it is cheap then fine but please save yourself the hardship and never rent at this placenThank You more ... hide ...

There is a lack of communication between the office and residents The only reason Im giving 1 star is because the apartment is near my job Initially I did an application for a town house that was available online but when the front desk called me it There is a lack of communication between the office and residents The only reason Im giving 1 star is because the apartment is near my job Initially I did an application for a town house that was available online but when the front desk called me it wasnt available So Im assigned a different type of apartment So I pay my deposit and get my utilities turned on On move in day I receive a call saying my apartment isnt ready and theyre switching me to another apartment Thats fine except now I have to pay full month for utilities for an apartment I never lived in They never showed me where the mailboxes or gave me the address for packages After cleaning my apartment from top to bottom I noticed so much was broken and bugs The front desk still hasnt completed all 10 of my new resident maintenance requests I would not recommend You literally have to beg for someone to come fix anything here but they dont have to beg me to pay rent Its seems like the projects honestly more ... hide ...

Dont do it Within LESS than a year theres been 4 different sets of leasing office employees who all operate differently Units are ant infested as theyre in the kitchen bathroom and bedrooms Every unit over here is confirmed to have ants I asked my ne Dont do it Within LESS than a year theres been 4 different sets of leasing office employees who all operate differently Units are ant infested as theyre in the kitchen bathroom and bedrooms Every unit over here is confirmed to have ants I asked my neighbors Getting pest control is like pulling teeth over here even though we pay it monthly Ive been requesting maintenance since January and they have yet to come Office is super unorganized and residents lose water completely at least twice per month and we lose hot water once to twice per month for days at a time Plumbing is constantly an issue the toilet will overflow or clog even if it hasnt been used Aside paying high rent youre also responsible for approximately an additional 200month see attached bill for water sewage etc Everyone pays the same amount per unit despite actual usage They also make us pay their insurance fee AND we have to purchase an additional policy on our own This is something that started with the current office employees so were paying for two policies Were also forced to pay 12 per month for FETCH some sort of mail delivery even if youve never had anything delivered to the office My deliveries come straight to my door My downstairs toilet is rigged to the wall with wooden blocks and its wobbly My garbage disposal has been clogged for almost 2 weeks maintenance has yet to show up My breaker box clicks off constantly because I was told A YEAR AGO that its not capable of supporting my unit When I renewed my lease because I wanted to try again with the complex I was sent several different lease options and when I selected the one I wanted I was told it wouldnt be honored as leasing made a mistake They take no accountability over here Very expensive here but not worth the value DONT DO IT RECONSIDER more ... hide ...

I moved here February 2022 and Ive tried my best to be reasonable and patient but here it goes They charge you the security deposit equivalent to the first month of rent to rent here There have been numerous time where my water was turned off and we I moved here February 2022 and Ive tried my best to be reasonable and patient but here it goes They charge you the security deposit equivalent to the first month of rent to rent here There have been numerous time where my water was turned off and we werent notified through email or the resident portal I call the office and its always oh Im sorry it was an emergency to get you off the phone My upstairs bathroom hasnt worked for more than 2 weeks I made a maintenance request and called the office They said they dont have an emergency maintenance line and someone will be out to my apartment first thing in the morning Well nobody showed up and its been over 2 weeks the request is still open so I call the office today The front desk lady said let me text him Like I told her you told me 2 weeks ago the same thing just to get me off the phone Parking for my building is terrible at night youll end up parking so far where youll have to walk a ways to your apartment I will NOT recommend this property and I AM NOT renewing my lease more ... hide ...
