So things have changed.Staff ReviewThe new staff is great here, Jennifer the new manager, is the best, very understanding and pleasant to talk to, always answers my questions and will assist with anything if I need it, Kayla the new asst manager is also wonderful and easy to talk to, very understanding and helpful, they also send messages to make sure everything is going ok in your apartment, out of the 3 years I have been here , I am finally having a good experience with the staff, I was going to move because I didnt want to deal with the previous staff, they were rude and ignorant, but because of the new staff I will be signing a new lease, so thanks to the owner for hiring the new staff and adding new ways to assist when tenants are going through trying times.
