When I call to speak with someone over her she gave me run around. As of current resident of Woodmond apartment and paying FULL RENT this apartment complex is the worst, It is not save for the kids to play outside. My car hit at the parking lot when I ask help from office they said sorry we can€™t help you, the catholic converter of my car stolen when I ask office how you can help me, they unprofessionally said can€™t help you. The window of my car got broken and the items stolen when I ask help from office stuff they unprofessionally said (call the police we can€™t help you at all). Do NOT recommended this place for anyone, very poor and unprofessional management never listen to your problems at all.

Nobody ever comes out of their apartment or town home to just hang out because its ghetto and there are too many creeps. Not to mention all of the drama, police, and ambulances that have been here almost every other week for the past 4 years Ive been here. The rent keeps going up, to me, for no reason because these town homes arent even worth $800 for rent. The no pets policy is absurd, and its just not somewhere I want to live. Cannot wait to move.
