As of current resident of Woodmond apartment and paying FULL RENT this apartment complex is the worst, It is not save for the kids to play outside. The window of my car got broken and the items stolen when I ask help from office stuff they unprofessionally said (call the police we can€™t help you at all). Not to mention all of the drama, police, and ambulances that have been here almost every other week for the past 4 years Ive been here. The rent keeps going up, to me, for no reason because these town homes arent even worth $800 for rent. The no pets policy is absurd, and its just not somewhere I want to live.
