I was hesitant to write a review, hoping that the problem would be solved, but it has only gotten worse so I would NOT RECOMMEND living here. Parking has become a nightmare - our car has been towed three times due to ridiculous rules that have been changed without any notification. The office staff is useless and unhelpful, and the young man in the office is the only one who tries to help, but he is not a manager. Our air conditioning has been broken for two months and the only relief we have is the cold weather outside that keeps the apartment cool. When it is hot, however, it is unbearable to stay in the apartment. I have asked them to fix it on numerous occasions, but they never do. The hot water gets turned off at least once a month without fail. Do your research before deciding to move here.
