The office staff is useless and unhelpful, and the young man in the office is the only one who tries to help, but he is not a manager. Our air conditioning has been broken for two months and the only relief we have is the cold weather outside that keeps the apartment cool. When it is hot, however, it is unbearable to stay in the apartment. I have asked them to fix it on numerous occasions, but they never do.
