If I could do negative stars on this I would Office employees are mostly rude Good luck getting any maintenance done always short staffed supposedly but they are always around Do not even bother calling the office they never answer go straight tIf I could do negative stars on this I would Office employees are mostly rude Good luck getting any maintenance done always short staffed supposedly but they are always around Do not even bother calling the office they never answer go straight to the office might take a while since theres always one employee and the property manager Ana is always in the office busy lunch or not not there at all Parking is an issue as there is never spots theres always cars with no stickers parked They are always quick to send letters about how they want things done but disappear when you need any assistance Security is never there when you actually need them Loose cables around the property no good lighting at night trash is always disgusting always having plumbing issues They do not put fire extinguishers in the apartments unless they are asked to which you have to wait at least a month because they do not have any in hand If its a maintenance emergency you might get it fixed if they feel like it Besides that if its not an emergency you just arent getting anything fixed Do not call the emergency maintenance line they will call you back to ask if its an emergency Some of the maintenance are very unprofessional and disrespectful with your property They will get whatever you have next to them to clean their mess also make sure you do not have any of your kids toys in the way they like to kick stuff thats in their way They do not care if you need anything fixed they just want their rent on time Little kids stealing property that is not theirs always climbing poles you see little kids naked which is very inappropriate kids outside at 23 am So many problems not sure how much can fit on here Just dont waste your time at all do not bother calling the office just call the city to get your problems fixed Maybe if they paid their workers good money they wouldnt always be short staffed or hiring unqualified people to do the job So far everything I have requested to be fixed has not been resolved and at this point its just better to call the city more ...hide ...

Ive had a lovely experience living at Ashford St Cloud I love how everything shopping center restaurant medical facilities schools is close to this property The whole team is amazing and focused on customer service

Jeff is nice but some of the residents there are absolute NIGHTMARES Calling CPS the police etc all while stealing breaking into other peoples apartments and doing drugs For Jeffs sake I hope he was able to evict her

This apartment complex has the most welcoming staff. The manager makes you feel welcome and explains everything her self she even shows you around. When I first moved in these apartments, I said they were clean, but as my stay was coming longer, these apartments are roach infested. Rats eating at the walls and they don€™t fix anything.
