The maintenance is terrible I have 3 months and they have not been able to fix my air conditioning unit correctly

The reason I give 3 stars is because this property still needs a lot to improve starting because there are no visitors parking lots and there is always a lot of problem with that and the manager Rochelle Goodwin does nothing to improve the situation The reason I give 3 stars is because this property still needs a lot to improve starting because there are no visitors parking lots and there is always a lot of problem with that and the manager Rochelle Goodwin does nothing to improve the situation on the other hand and the best of all is the maintenance Arles the guy who now is in charge of the maintenance team has been improving the property and dedicating time to each unit and giving the best maintenance I hope it continues this way for a long time more ... hide ...

I applied for this complex on February to move in March looking for a place that I could call home Courtney the leasing agent that gave me the tour of the property as well as prices said that the unit that was available was for 96700 she asked me if I applied for this complex on February to move in March looking for a place that I could call home Courtney the leasing agent that gave me the tour of the property as well as prices said that the unit that was available was for 96700 she asked me if I was interested so she could started with the paper work I agreed and come back next day with two cashiers checks 60 for the application fee and 350 for the deposit It took about a week for them to contact me to let me know that my application was approved and asked me when did I wanted to move in I told them I wanted to move February 26 and asked for my total move in Rochelle Goodwin the manager responded that it was 4096 plus 1147 for March Im all confused and asked why if Courtney had said the unit was 967 why she was telling me different price now the reason why I applied here was because the price Courtney had given me otherwise I would have never applied I asked Rochelle to cancel my application and to return my deposit She was rude and refusing to give my deposit back I been trying to speak with her but shes always unavailableIs not my fault that the leasing agents are giving wrong information about the property Im a single mother and I work so hard for my money to provide for my Children and for this people Rochelle Goodwin to tell me that I cant get my deposit back is just cruel Please before you applied for this place think twice or you end up like me or others loosing your money more ... hide ...
